It’s been an exciting 48-hours for us here at Obexion, as yesterday saw the conclusion of the UK’s biggest security industry event, SCTX 2016.
Taking place over two days in London’s Olympia Exhibition Hall, the Security and Counter Terrorism Expo attracted visitors from across the globe, all keen to take a look at the latest security innovations.
Along with impressive new lines of bomb-disposal robots, threat-detection software and anti-terrorist measures; security roller shutters were featured across the show as the first (and in some cases last) lines of defence for a number of sectors.
Representatives from retail, critical infrastructure, museums, galleries and government, all wanted to see exactly what Obexion shutters could do for them. And thanks to our range of SR rated products, we had plenty of ways in which to help.

So we work to provide tailored solutions that fit these criteria, without compromising on the essential level of protection.
Similarly, those looking to protect older buildings may not be able to use heavier shutter solutions. So Obexion’s intelligently designed ‘lockdown’ shutters can be installed without the need for additional support structures.
By recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to security, Obexion shutters are an excellent choice for any site.
SCTX 2016 has been the perfect opportunity for us to network and generate a buzz around our unique range.
